- AI processing: Anthropic (Claude API) and Google Maps Platform — used to generate the Lead-Capture Snapshot using public business data and your provided contact information

We do not authorize these providers to use your information for any purpose other than delivering the service we contracted them for.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, responding to inquiries, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing our agreements.

If you opt out of SMS messages or request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance reasons (typically 7 years for transactional records).
